Agave Azul
For their newest restaurant, Agave Azul Cocina Mexicana in Orlando, Florida, the team set out to create a layered approach to hospitality design where movement, color, and texture work together to shape the experience. Interstruct Inc. led the design and build, delivering a space that feels immersive within a high-traffic tourist area. Instead of relying on walls or partitions, the layout uses shifts in material to guide circulation and define each zone. You move through the space with intention, as transitions underfoot and across vertical surfaces establish rhythm and structure.
